Return Policy

Thank you for your orders with us. All our products are carefully packed, thoroughly inspected in terms of package before dispatch. However, there may arise some circumstances where you may not be satisfied with our product and intend to return. We regret that our product doesn’t meet your needs and appreciate returning the products, subject to the following terms and conditions upon mutual consent.

Terms and Conditions

All products should be delivered within 72 hours of receive the package. No return shall be entertained after expiry of 72 hours after dispatch.

Please inform to our customer service about returning the product as soon as possible. Our customer service representative will provide you the address where you should return the product.

The product returned should be unused.

Make sure to re-pack the product in the original package and send the invoice along with the product. All products should be returned with original packing, including tags, if any attached to the product.

No return will be accepted if the seal is broken. For instance, honey.

Please inform us about the details of the mode of transport through which you return the product. Ensure to provide the correct AWB number to enable tracking. Also, choose trackable courier service, as we are not liable for delay in delivery of the returned goods.

We are not held liable for products damaged during transits when you return and liable to refund the money.

Refund process will be initiated as soon as the product the returned in original condition.

The amount will be refunded to the payment mode from which the payment was made to buy the product.

If you need replacement product, inform us earlier to schedule a delivery. All shipping cost will be borne by you.

In case if wrong description item or an expired product is sent to you:

We ensure to deliver the product you select, but very rarely the mistakes may happen. If you are delivered with the wrong item that was not chosen by you or if it was misrepresented in our site, in such cases, please inform us immediately after getting the delivery of the product.  

We will direct you how to proceed further and replace the product as quickly as possible.

If the original order is not available with us, you may please choose a different item from our site. We will ship you without charging any additional shipping cost. Alternatively, you may also return the wrong item and get the amount refunded in your account.

The shipping cost for replacement will be paid by us.

At no point we will not refund anything excess than the original cost of the product.
